My "Life's Phylosophy"
Here I share what guides me in my work and life.
Sometimes I practice mindfully. Sometimes, I’m a “work in progress,” but I always take my Vision and personal Values in me.
“If you’re always trying to be normal, you will never know how amazing you can be.” (Maya Angelou)
I am passionate about encouraging others to dive into deeper self-awareness and explore their inner self with kindness. I believe that when we allow ourselves to embrace with compassion who we genuinely are and what it’s significant to us, we are free to express our authenticity and singularity. This freedom is a life changer and positively shapes our relationship with ourselves and others. It’s an inside-out transformation.
“We are shaped by our thoughts; we become what we think.” (Buddha)
Our thoughts and beliefs create feelings; these become actions and habits that influence our behaviors. If we have mindsets undermining us, we instruct ourselves that there is no choice. We are creating mental obstacles and limiting our personal growth. When we are aware and curious about those beliefs or thoughts and ready to explore new perspectives, openness evolves into our lives. We discover resilience and new positive ways of thinking; we will feel more serene and more able to make the best choices for us. I believe that when we have self-awareness and accept with compassion how we feel in the present moment, we can make choices based not on our fears or inner criticism but on our strengths and values. This meaningful choice can give us this feeling of “rightness” inside our hearts.
“May your choices reflect your hopes, not your fears.” (Nelson Mandela)
My Vision is to live in a world where we are free to empower mindfully who we truly are and live a life of conscious choices toward a meaningful and fulfilled life.
I believe every one of us is unique and brings our own story along, with our own feelings and individual life experiences. That is the power inside each of us. That’s the power inside of you. That’s your gift to the world!
What about you?
Do you empower who you truly are? Are your thoughts holding you back and ruling your life? Reflect on your answers and how you feel about them. If you feel it’s time to change, it’s time to rethink your life. Most clients come to mindful coaching because they want to change or improve something in their lives. They want to rethink where they are at this moment in life. As a mindful coach, I support the process of change by deepening the consciousness about their authentic selves, their life choices, and their ways to improve life.
