My "Life's Phylosophy"
Here I share some of my beliefs and my vision that guide my work and my life.
Sometimes I practice them, sometimes I’m a “work in progress”, but I always take them as guides.
“If you’re always trying to be normal, you will never know how amazing you can be.” (Maya Angelou)
I am passionate about encouraging others to dive into a deeper level of self-awareness and explore their inner self with kindness. I believe that when we allow ourselves to embrace with compassion who we genuinely are and what it’s significant for us, we are free to express our authenticity and singularity. This freedom is a life changer and shapes positively the relationship with ourselves and as well with others. It’s an inside-out transformation.
“We are shaped by our thoughts; we become what we think.” (Buddha)
Our thoughts and beliefs create feelings; these become actions and habits that influence our behaviors. If we have mindsets that undermine us, we instruct ourselves that there is no choice. We are creating mental obstacles and limiting our personal growth. When we are aware and curious about those beliefs or thoughts and ready to explore new perspectives, openness evolves into our lives. We discover resilience and new positive ways of thinking; we will feel more serene and more able to make the best choices for us. I believe, when we have self-awareness, and we accept with compassion how we feel at the present moment, we can have a choice based not on our fears or inner criticism but based on our strengths and values. This meaningful choice can give us this feeling of “rightness” inside of our hearts.
“May your choices reflect your hopes, not your fears.” (Nelson Mandela)
My Vision is to live in a world where we are free to empower mindfully who we truly are and living a life of conscious choices towards a meaningful and fulfilled life.
I believe every single one of us is unique, brings its own story along, with its own feelings and individual life experiences. That is the power inside each of us. That’s the power inside of you. That’s your gift to the world!
What about you?
Do you empower who you truly are? Are your thoughts holding you back and ruling your life? Reflect on your answers and how do you feel about them. If you feel it’s time to change, it’s time to rethink your life. Most clients come to coaching because they want to change or improve something in their lives. They want to rethink where they are at this moment in life. As a coach, I support the process of change by deepening the consciousness about their authentic selves, their life choices, and their ways to improve life.
